
INDUSTRIAL CATERING WITH SERVING STAFF
The food from pre-agreed menus is prepared in our industrial kitchen and is delivered to the client’s canteen through the “cold chain” process. Immediately before serving, the food is heated in induction ovens and is placed on the warm section of the serving line. Meals can be served in two ways, depending on the company’s preference – served by “Dalma” serving staff, or with self-service.
This way of serving is recommended to clients with a minimum of 100 employees.
